Ross Shield Rugby
Since 2009 the Trust has been providing funding to one team per season to be used to purchase playing apparel. There are six teams in the competition – Hastings West, Hastings East, Napier, Wairoa, CHB and Dannevirke. Over the six year cycle we will help kit out the home team of each tournament.
Additionally we have created the Jarrod Cunningham Ross Shield Scholarship – which is awarded to the best and fairest player of the tournament.
